All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept approved payment methods available at checkout.

Shipping is handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

7. Subscriptions

7.1 Subscription Overview
Rood may offer subscription-based purchases, allowing customers to receive products on a recurring basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to ongoing, automatic billing in accordance with these Terms.

7.2 Billing & Renewal
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly) as selected at checkout. By subscribing, you authorise Rood to automatically charge your nominated payment method at each billing interval unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.

7.3 Pricing
Subscription pricing will be displayed at the time of purchase. Rood reserves the right to update subscription pricing at any time. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles.

7.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made prior to your next billing date.

Once a subscription has been billed, the order will be processed and cannot be cancelled.

7.5 Changes to Subscription
You may update or modify your subscription details (such as delivery frequency, address, or payment method) through your account or by contacting us.

Changes must be made prior to the next billing date to take effect.

7.6 Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be processed, Rood may:

  • retry the payment

  • suspend or cancel the subscription

Rood is not responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by failed payments.

7.7 Subscription Products
All subscription orders are subject to product availability. Rood reserves the right to:

  • modify subscription products

  • substitute products where necessary

  • cancel subscriptions where products are no longer available

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rood is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Personal Use Only
Products sold are for personal use only and not for resale unless expressly authorised.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including branding, images, and copy, is the property of Rood and may not be used without permission.

11. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
