Shipping policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–8 business day

  • Express Shipping (if selected): 1–3 business days

Please note these are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. It is your responsibility to monitor the delivery status using the tracking link provided.

4. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Rood is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • reshipping costs will be at the customer’s expense

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, it is under their control. If your parcel is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

  • please contact the carrier directly first

  • then contact us and we will assist where possible

Rood is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:

  • contact us within 7–10 business days

  • provide your order number and photos

We will review and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
